The house in Capri Island is located in the area of Marina Grande, overlooking the marina and the Harbour. From the terrace you can see Naples and the Vesuvio. The house has a private entrance, big terrace with flowers, lemon trees and roses a large table with chairs where you can dine outdoor. The Big living room has 2 sofas, tv, dvd, air condition one bathroom with shower, and washing machine. The Kitchen is fully equiped, very cosy with a door leading on the terrace. A staircase takes you up to the main bedroom, a bathrom with shower and another terrace overlooking the harbour and the Amalfi coast for a 360° of EMOTIONS.

The island of Capri is only 45 minutes from Naples' Harbour or 15 minutes by helicopter from Capodichino Airport.
Anacapri'sheliportisfive minutes from the house. Casa Orrico has a unique location: it overlooks the coastfrom the Blue Grotto to the Saracen Towers with a breathtaking view on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The house is set in a estate of 12.000 square meters. Fruit, olive and juniper trees, a large variety of cactus and vegetable gardens harmoniously steep in the luxuriant Mediterranean Maquis. Casa Orrico has many open-air spaces: a very large terrace with a bamboo roof, a sun-deck, two solarium with showers inserted in the rock, a smallpool, observation platforms, trailsand tracks to walk all over the estate. Almost on the top of the hill, there is a large Piazzetta surrounded by pine trees, with an evenmore stounding view. In Casa Orrico six double bedded bedroom sand a guest house provide accomodation for 14 guests. All bedroom shave ensuite bathrooms. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, heating, minibar, safe. Weekly rent is proposed with a full-staff formula.

The Villa, which has a horseshoe-shaped structure, dates back to 1700. It is just 2 km far from the ancient and noble town of Montepulciano. It is nestled among vineyards and olive of the farm belonging to the family Dei, near Martiena; it is surrounded by a wide garden designed by laurel hedges, scented by lavender and rosemary, shaded on the back thanks to high trees. The building was renovated at the beginning of '800, and was recently renovated by the family Dei to welcome the guests, following the criteria of modern comforts. The Villa has 4 rooms and 2 suites, all different for furnishing and equipped with TV and safe. The furnishing is made with antique pieces of furniture and of Tuscan handicrafts; ceilings are characterized by old wooden beams, the beautiful floor of the villa and walls of the bathrooms are made of travertine coming from the quarries Rapolano. For the community life the Guests can enjoy a large hall, suitable for conferences and meetings, a study, a large dining room, wide terrace overlooking the vineyards. Not far the villa there is a swimming pool. At 1 km, you reach some good tennis, while proceeding on the road to Chianciano, in the village of St. Albino, there is a large and well organized spa, provided with modern equipment and wellness services. The territory has a particular charme thanks to the multitude of towns and cities of art in it.
